Chef Yong Tian of popular Irvine restaurant JA Jiaozi Authentic Dumplings was featured at the 2024 Taste of Asia Private Chef Party, held in August at the Los Angeles Times Test Kitchen and sponsored by the North America Asian Food Industry Association.
Featuring a broad range of acclaimed chefs from Los Angeles and Orange counties, the invitation-only event highlighted Southern California’s rich cultural diversity and culinary innovation from across Asia. At the event, Tian showcased his Chili Tofu Skin Salad and Truffle Dumplings with zucchini and egg.
JA Jiaozi, located in The Market Place and known for its handmade Chinese dumplings, earned the event’s prestigious Brand of 2024 Award.
