Galpão Gaucho, a Brazilian steakhouse with roots in Napa Valley, has opened at Venture Park, near the airport. Inspired by Brazilian cowboy traditions, the menu presents 18 cuts of skewered meats in an all-you-can-eat format. Among them are four styles of picanha. Star of the show: the 24-Karat Golden Steak, super-tender sirloin cap encased in gold foil and presented on a block of Himalayan pink salt.

The fixed-price meal also includes an elaborate salad-and-side-dish bar. Recommended add-ons: caipirinhas – the classic Brazilian cocktail – and desserts such as papaya cream. Servers in gaucho attire guide guests through the experience.
